I didn't find out about using a 40% off code makes the item final sale until I received the item and it wasn't what I expected quality wise, and searched their website on how to return it.
Again, nothing stated final sale on the post. I contacted customer service to return it and was told I cannot return or exchange cause it's final sale. I received the item on, upon opening it the material is cheap and the dress has threads hanging off of it.
I purchased the bayside brunch dress on, used a 40% discount code I saw on their Instagram story, they never stated on the story that it would be final sale if you use the code. Purchased item not knowing it was final sale, received item and it's cheaply made with threads hanging off.
